Two filters
Every asset passes platform policy and regulation separately.
Medical-tourism agency service
Advertising creative production prepares visuals and copy that can be approved in the healthcare category. Here, avoiding rejection matters as much as creative quality: every asset must pass both platform policy and promotion regulation.
For most institutions whose ad accounts are suspended, the problem is neither budget nor targeting but assets that breach policy. The first job of creative production is removing that risk.

Advertising platforms restrict outcome promises, before-and-after imagery, targeting based on personal health status and exaggerated claims in the healthcare category. Turkish regulation separately restricts directive advertising.
Applied together those filters look narrow but are not: process narration, preparation information, institutional introduction and question-answer formats are both approved and bring better-qualified traffic.
Going live with a single visual produces no learning. Testing the same message across different visual and headline variations shows which narrative actually works.
Variations are produced against a hypothesis rather than at random: this visual tests process clarity, that one tests team confidence. When the result is read, you know which message worked.
Production scope
When the advertisement says one thing and the landing page another, conversion falls and platform-policy risk rises. Creative production is therefore never planned independently of the landing page.
Each creative set is defined together with the page it will point to, and message consistency is checked before going live.
Every asset passes platform policy and regulation separately.
Variations are not random; each tests one message.
The ad message and the landing page must agree.
Working sequence
Message hypotheses and unusable narratives are written.
A small asset set is submitted as a platform test.
Visual, copy and format variations are produced in the approved frame.
Each set is compared against its landing page.
Which hypothesis worked is measured; the next set follows from it.
Frequently asked questions
Before-and-after imagery is problematic under both platform policies and Turkish promotion regulation. We recommend not using it and withdrawing existing assets.
The most frequent causes are outcome-promising phrasing, references to personal health status and unverifiable statistics. Rejected assets are recorded with their reason and added to the glossary.
Variation count depends on the number of hypotheses. Three to five variations per message is usually enough for a meaningful reading.
We do not use stock that implies the institution's own clinic, team or patients. Abstract and conceptual visuals and the institution's own footage are preferred.
Turkish and English directly; German, Arabic and French with subject-matter editors. On-image text is adapted too.
Creative can be taken separately. In that case the landing page and measurement definitions must already be in place, otherwise the creative's effect cannot be read.
