No guarantees
No commitment on patients, revenue, ranking or visibility.
Medical-tourism agency service
Our working principles come down to four: we give no outcome guarantees, we produce no unverifiable claims, we do not process patient data, and we keep our scope boundaries in writing. These are engagement acceptance criteria, not marketing copy.
Ethics in health communication is a requirement rather than a preference. The regulation says what cannot be done; our principles say what we will not do even where it could be.

First, we give no outcome guarantees. We make no commitment on patient numbers, revenue, ranking or visibility in AI engines; those depend on variables outside our control.
Second, we produce no unverifiable claims. We do not write text implying a capability the institution does not hold, asserting comparative superiority or containing a figure without a source.
Third, we neither request nor process patient data. Our work runs at anonymous flow and process level. Where access to institutional systems is required, the scope is limited in writing.
Fourth, we write out-of-scope work at the start: authorisation applications, legal opinion, clinical content approval, financial advice. In those areas we refer to the relevant expertise.
Work we do not accept
The list does not sit on a page; it is used as a checklist at engagement acceptance. When a request is declined the reason is given to the institution in writing.
The same list activates for compliance questions arising during an engagement, with referral to the institution's legal function where needed.
No commitment on patients, revenue, ranking or visibility.
No unverifiable, comparative or unsourced content.
We neither request nor process patient data.
Working sequence
Every request is assessed against the principle list.
Declined requests are returned with their reason.
Work included and excluded is listed separately in the contract.
Every piece of content produced is checked against the same list.
Out-of-scope subjects referred in writing to the relevant expertise.
Frequently asked questions
An agency that guarantees is either promising something it cannot control or hiding the risk. We tie commitment to process and deliverables, which can be audited.
Not for international health tourism promotion. Internal preparation and document order can be discussed; promotion begins after certification.
Initially, yes. But withdrawn content, corrected campaigns and reputational exposure cost far more later.
We give the reason in writing and, where possible, propose a compliant alternative. Where there is none, we do not work on that heading.
No. Our principles define our own working boundary. Your institution's legal assessment belongs to its own legal function.
These principles are updated when regulation changes. Changes are dated and communicated to the institutions we work with.
