Passage structure
Every page carries citable, self-contained answer units.
Medical-tourism agency service
Search visibility is no longer a single channel. Alongside classic results, AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity now enter the patient's decision process. These systems cite passages rather than pages, which makes content structure and entity clarity more decisive than ranking position.
When a patient asks how long a dental implant takes in Türkiye, the answer often arrives without them opening a single site. The system producing that answer pulls it from a clearly headed, self-contained passage. Visibility strategy is rebuilt around that behaviour.

Cited content shares a shape: the question appears as a heading, the answer sits immediately beneath it and stays short, the sentence names its subject rather than referring back with a pronoun, and the information carries a date and a source. Long, winding explanation is not cited, however accurate.
So every page gets a forty-to-fifty-five word answer paragraph directly after the H1 that reads sensibly on its own. Under every question-shaped subheading, the direct answer comes before elaboration.
Structural requirements for answer engines
Before an answer engine can attribute anything to an institution, it must recognise the institution as an entity. If the name appears one way on the site, another way in the schema and a third way in external records, the system cannot tell which institution to credit — so it credits none.
The first step is therefore identity alignment rather than content production: one name, one address, one service list across the visible brand, the structured data, the footer, llms.txt and external records.
The technical foundation — crawlability, page speed, mobile behaviour, internal linking, hreflang accuracy — remains mandatory. Answer engines use the same infrastructure; they cannot cite a page they cannot reach.
What changes is the weighting: keyword placement gives way to answering the question completely and being verifiable as an institution.
Every page carries citable, self-contained answer units.
Brand name, address and service list identical across all sources.
Crawlability, speed, hreflang and structured data built completely.
Working sequence
Consistency of institutional identity across site, schema and external records.
Questions actually asked in the target market, by language and intent.
Existing pages reorganised into answer-unit logic.
Schema layer built and matched one-to-one with visible content.
Presence in classic search and answer engines recorded periodically.
Frequently asked questions
No, and no agency can. What we can do is make the content citable and the institutional identity verifiable, then measure and report the result regularly.
Not if you want to be visible. When GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot and similar are blocked, the institution cannot be used as a source in those systems.
Content and technical changes typically become readable in three to six months. Identity corrections register sooner, while content depth takes longer to show.
Density targets do not work and create risk. What matters is answering the question completely and covering the topic with its related concepts.
Not necessarily, but visibility stays narrow without content that answers questions. Guide content does not need a blog format; durable information pages perform better.
Yes. Outcome claims, patient reviews and comparative superiority cannot be used. Process, preparation and informational content are both permitted and exactly what answer engines look for.
