Transparent split
Which work is done by whom is stated in the proposal.
Medical-tourism agency service
We do some work directly and use solution partners for the rest. Rather than concealing that split we write it down: which work is done by whom is stated at proposal stage and put to the institution for approval.
Most agencies present every piece of work as their own. In reality almost every agency operates through a solution network. We prefer to keep that transparent.

Strategy, the regulatory compliance framework, content architecture, Turkish and English copy, search and answer-engine visibility work, enquiry flow design, measurement setup and reporting are carried out by our own team.
We do not use intermediaries in those areas, because regulatory responsibility and quality control must stay with us.
For German, Arabic, French and Russian content we work with subject-matter translators and editors. Video production, advanced software development and bespoke visual production also run with solution partners.
Every partner is subject to our compliance framework and data security rules. Institutional information is shared in a written and limited scope.
What we apply in partner relationships
You may already have an agency, a software firm or a consultant. In that case we write the split of roles at the outset and separate overlapping areas.
Where another party executes, our role becomes producing the brief, defining acceptance criteria and reviewing the result. That model works well for institutions that do not want to change supplier.
Sağlık Ajansı is not a separate company; it is a service brand operated within Marka Studio Digital Advertising and Design Agency. Contracts, invoicing and legal responsibility sit with Marka Studio.
Marka Studio works as a 360° creative agency across brand strategy, corporate identity, production and digital marketing; medical tourism is one of its sector specialisms. Sağlık Ajansı is that specialism deepened under its own brand, because of the regulatory and operational requirements involved.
In practice this means that when a need arises outside medical tourism — packaging design, a commercial film, e-commerce — it is handled inside the same team, without you sourcing a new supplier.

Only within the scope the work requires and under a confidentiality obligation. Patient data is never shared because it is never requested.
Yes. We write the split of roles at the outset and can take the brief-writing, acceptance-criteria and review role.
Accountability to the institution stays with us. The partner relationship is our internal matter and your point of contact does not change.
