Editorial and Correction Policy

The Sağlık Ajansı editorial policy explains how published content is prepared, which official sources it rests on, how often each guide is reviewed and how reported errors are corrected.

Because we publish in a regulated field, we consider it necessary to keep our content processes visible.

How content is prepared

Every piece is prepared after reviewing official sources and publicly available data. Every figure and regulatory statement is given with its source and date.

We do not produce content requiring clinical accuracy. In drafts prepared for healthcare institutions, approval of clinical accuracy always rests with the physician.

Our source hierarchy

  • Turkish official sources: Ministry of Health, USHAŞ, the data protection authority, Ministry of Trade, the Official Gazette
  • Platform documentation: search engines, advertising platforms, W3C standards
  • Destination-market regulators
  • Sector research with a stated method and date
  • General press: for context only, never as the sole basis

Review and updating

Guides containing regulation are reviewed when a change occurs, without waiting for the calendar. Other content is reviewed at least annually.

Each guide states the date of its last review. Because we consider it risky to decide on out-of-date information, we do not hide that date.

Error reports and corrections

If you find an error in our content you can report it through our contact channels. Reports are assessed within five working days.

Where a factual error is confirmed the content is corrected and the correction date stated. Where a correction changes meaning we also note what changed.
