How is this different from the Growth Analysis form?
The service request form is for a specific request when you already know what you want. The Growth Analysis form runs a more detailed diagnostic to establish where you should start.
Can I ask for a proposal directly?
Yes. A useful proposal needs institutional context, a service area and a timing indication. The clearer the scope, the clearer the proposal.
What should I not send?
Do not send patient names, medical records, clinical imaging or other special-category personal data. This form is not an appropriate channel for that.
How quickly do you reply?
Within two working days. If something is urgent you can reach us by phone or WhatsApp.
Can we write if we do not hold an authorisation yet?
Yes. Promotional work waits until the authorisation is in place; at this stage we can discuss internal preparation.
Does this form create a commitment?
No. Scope, deliverables and commercial terms are settled only after a written proposal and mutual approval.
