The legal grounds are Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698 — direct relevance to the establishment or performance of a contract — together with your explicit consent under Article 5(1). For processing based on consent you may withdraw it at any time.

Form submissions are delivered through the Web3Forms service, meaning data passes through that provider's infrastructure. Beyond that, data is not sold to third parties or shared for marketing.

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used for its purpose, to request correction or deletion, to learn the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object to outcomes arising from automated analysis and to claim compensation for damage.
