Medical-tourism agency service

Our Process

The process runs in five steps: pre-assessment, discovery conversation, written proposal, the first 30 days and periodic work. Each step ends at a decision point where either party can choose not to continue.

This page describes what you will meet when you reach us. The aim is to avoid surprises and let both sides assess fit early.

The engagement process from first contact to delivery, step by step

Why pre-assessment comes first

We do not accept every request. Authorisation scope, the regulatory suitability of the request and the institution's expectations are assessed at the first stage, usually within one working day.

Where a request is not suitable we say so in writing with the reason. That saves time on both sides.

What a proposal contains and what it does not

A written proposal covers scope, the deliverable list, duration, working method, the contribution expected from the institution and the headings left out of scope. Price follows scope; we do not offer standard packages.

A proposal contains no outcome commitment. No patient, revenue or ranking guarantee appears in any proposal we issue.

Headings in a proposal

  • Scope and deliverable list
  • Stage calendar and acceptance criteria
  • The contribution and approval authority expected from the institution
  • Headings outside scope and where they are referred
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Decision points for continuing
01

Early filter

Suitability is assessed at the first stage; unsuitable requests are returned with reasons.

02

Written scope

Work included and excluded is listed separately in the proposal.

03

Decision points

At the end of each stage either party may choose not to continue.

Frequently asked questions

What institutions ask most about this

Is the first conversation chargeable?

No. Pre-assessment and the discovery conversation are free. Charging begins once a written proposal is approved.

How quickly do you respond?

Typically one working day for pre-assessment. The discovery conversation is usually scheduled within the following week.

How long does a proposal take?

Typically three to five working days after the discovery conversation; longer where the scope is broad.

How long is the contract?

We work stage by stage. Instead of a long binding contract we take a mutual decision to continue at the end of each period.

What happens to our files if we end the engagement?

All working files, frameworks and reports are delivered to the institution. Access is closed and copies on the agency side are removed.

How much institutional time do you expect weekly?

Two to three hours a week in the first month, around one hour a week thereafter. Where the approval flow is undefined this increases.
