# Sağlık Ajansı Working Approach

Our approach rests on three principles: a method commitment rather than an outcome promise, written boundaries rather than vague scope, and measurable output rather than the impression of meetings. This section explains every step you will meet.

As a new agency we have no completed client cases. Rather than hide that, we prefer to show in detail how we do the work.

## Our approach in full

### [Our Working Model](https://saglikajansi.com.tr/en/approach/working-model.html)

Our working model has four stages: understand, build, run and measure. Each stage has an output, an owner and a pre-written criterion for being considered complete. We do not move to the next stage before the…

### [Medical Tourism Growth System](https://saglikajansi.com.tr/en/approach/medical-tourism-growth-system.html)

The growth system has five components: market choice, trust structure, visibility, enquiry flow and measurement. If one is weak, investment in the others produces nothing. A system view makes it possible to…

### [What We Do in the First 30 Days](https://saglikajansi.com.tr/en/approach/first-30-days.html)

The first 30 days are for preparing the ground, not for promotion. In that period we review authorisation scope, digital assets, language capacity and enquiry flow; write the compliance framework; and produce…

### [Sample Deliverables](https://saglikajansi.com.tr/en/approach/sample-deliverables.html)

The sample deliverables page shows what the documents you would receive actually look like. Every example is prepared with demo data; none belongs to a real client and none carries a claim about real results.

### [Our Measurement and Reporting System](https://saglikajansi.com.tr/en/approach/measurement-and-reporting.html)

Our measurement system starts with a glossary rather than a dashboard. Enquiry, qualified enquiry, conversation and appointment are written so they mean one thing across the institution. A report is prepared…

### [Our Compliance and Ethical Working Principles](https://saglikajansi.com.tr/en/approach/compliance-and-ethics.html)

Our working principles come down to four: we give no outcome guarantees, we produce no unverifiable claims, we do not process patient data, and we keep our scope boundaries in writing. These are engagement…

### [Data Security and Patient Privacy](https://saglikajansi.com.tr/en/approach/data-security-and-patient-privacy.html)

As an agency we do not access patient data. Our work runs at anonymous flow and process level. Where access to institutional systems is required, the scope is limited in writing, access is time-bound and it is…

### [Frequently Asked Questions](https://saglikajansi.com.tr/en/approach/frequently-asked-questions.html)

The questions below are what institutions raise most often in a first conversation, together with the answers we give. The aim is to clarify expectations before we speak and avoid wasting each other's time.

## Why do we write so much down?

Most problems in agency relationships come from mismatched expectations rather than poor quality. When who does what, which output arrives when and what falls outside scope are not written at the start, the argument begins in month three.

So we put the stages, acceptance criteria, expected institutional contribution and the work we do not do into writing. That is not bureaucracy; it is the practical tool that keeps both sides reading the same thing.

Components of the approach

- Working model: four stages, each with an acceptance criterion
- Growth system: five components and focusing on the weakest
- First 30 days: preparation, audit and framework setup
- Sample deliverables: output examples prepared with demo data
- Measurement and reporting: a shared glossary and decision thresholds
- Compliance and ethics: the list of work we do not accept
- Data security: access scope and boundary of responsibility

## When we are not a fit

We are not suitable for institutions seeking outcome guarantees, wanting campaigns built on patient reviews and before-and-after imagery, or wanting to start promotion without an authorisation.

Saying so upfront saves time on both sides. Where we are not a fit we give the reason in writing and, where possible, suggest an alternative.

### Method commitment

Process and deliverables are committed, not outcomes; they can be audited.

### Written boundaries

Work included and excluded is listed at the start.

### Early fit check

Where we are not suitable we say so upfront, with reasons.

## How we move, step by step

1. 01**Suitability**The request is assessed against our scope and principles.
2. 02**Discovery**Institutional context and priorities discussed.
3. 03**Written scope**Stages, deliverables and boundaries written.
4. 04**Delivery**Stage-based progress against acceptance criteria.
5. 05**Period decision**A mutual decision to continue at each period end.

*Frequently asked questions*

## What institutions ask most about this

### Why no outcome guarantee?

Most determining variables sit outside agency control: capacity, price, competition, regulation. We do not promise what we cannot control.

### Do all these boundaries slow things down?

Somewhat at the start. But withdrawn content and repeated work cost far more later.

### Without references, what do we trust?

The method, the deliverable examples and the written scope. We structure the first stage independently so you can see the result before deciding to continue.

### Can we skip stages?

We advise against it. Skipping the compliance and preparation stage produces rework cost in later stages.

### How much institutional time do you expect?

Roughly two to three hours weekly during the preparation month, dropping to about an hour once work is under way. An undefined approval flow increases it.

### Can we end the engagement whenever we want?

Because we work stage by stage, a mutual decision is taken at each period end. All files and frameworks stay with the institution.
